Questions to help you begin story work:
What are the most common memories that arise? (consider sight, sound, smell, taste, touch)
What lies were introduced and how have I agreed with them?
What agreements do I need to break in Jesus’ name?
How do I go on from here? What are the next right steps I need to take?
How do I forgive those who have hurt me?
How can I recognize I am believing the lies again (this usually comes up when you are trying to behave differently with food, exercise, and body image.)
