  • PLUS, with the rise of GLP-1's, many people are feeling new pressures and confusion about what true health and freedom really mean.

... but a REVIVAL is brewing!

In spite of the resurgence of thin ideals in the media lately, we've also been seeing a noticeable rise in women rejecting Diet Culture, and reclaiming their bodies, minds, and voices for the FREEDOM Christ has for us. The hunger to connect with others in positive, healing way has never been more pronounced, and we're here for it!

At this unprecedented inflection point, we have an opportunity to bring healing, hope, and truth in Jesus to those at risk in a way that also strengthens their spiritual and relational health.

Women who are suffering with food issues need relational and spiritual support, not shame. At FINDINGbalance, we provide safe, loving, Christ-centered resources like the Old School Food Freedom podcast, our Lasting Freedom curriculum, and our brand new Hello, Freedom! online community, which is currently in pilot phase and will launch for everyone in early 2026!

Community is central to everything we do, including how we're FUNDED.

Your generosity helps us focus our time and energy on what's most important, helping women feel KNOWN and LOVED by Jesus in the midst of their food struggles.
