Eating struggles are isolating.
You don’t have to walk your path
to freedom alone.

A woman wearing headphones and glasses sits at a desk, participating in a video call on her laptop with another woman displayed on the screen. There is a notebook, a pen, a coffee mug, and a potted plant on the desk.

Unhealthy habits thrive in isolation. Healthy community helps heal shame and enhances other recovery and wellness efforts. With proper care, guidance, and with the support of a healthy Jesus-led community, individuals CAN fully recover from bondage to eating issues.

Jesus didn’t do life alone and neither should we.

“Hello, Freedom!” is a new, Jesus-led virtual community space to help women connect more deeply to God - THE path to flourishing in freedom.

This new program is in the works! Will you please pray over it with us?
