Offers a personal look into the private struggle of disordered eating and weight obsession. Inspires audiences to consider breaking free so they have more time and energy to pursue God’s purpose for their lives. Disordered Eating 101 (Youth Workers/Educators/Parents Only)

Basic primer on anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and EDNOS, including how to help. Features sobering Powerpoint expose on pro-anorexia websites. Due to graphic material, parents, youth leaders, educators only, please.

 


 

The Art of Being

For the more creative side... discusses what it means to truly embrace who God created us to be. When time/space allows, features a 30 - 60 minute creative time for individual reflection and expression. (Watercolors, anyone?) Very fun! Especially good for retreats and/or workshops.
