Juliet Zuercher, RD is the Director of Nutrition Services at Remuda Ranch Programs for Anorexia and Bulimia, where she is responsible for overseeing the nutrition care provided by the staff of Registered Dietitians and Dietetic Technicians at all Remuda Ranch Programs. Ms. Zuercher has over nine years of experience in the treatment of women with eating disorders. She has been published in The Journal of Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition on the use of nasogastric tube feeding in the treatment of anorexia nervosa, as well as in The Remuda Review on nutritional counseling with eating disorder patients. She has also spoken extensively in the areas of nutrition intervention strategies, exposure with response prevention and the treatment of athletes recovering from eating disorders. A graduate of The Ohio State University she has a Bachelor's of Science from the School of Allied Medicine, Medical Dietetics with a minor in Psychology. Juliet is a member of the American Dietetic Association and The Academy for Eating Disorders. Juliet attends Scottsdale Bible Church in Scottsdale, AZ.
