HFH 2012 Scholarship Form - FINDINGbalance

Due to a generous gift from The Center: A Place of Hope, and another generous donor, provision has been made for a limited number of scholarships for registration coupons (varying amounts starting at $50). Scholarship coupons will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Scholarship coupon recipients will be notified by phone or email. (You will receive a notification within 48 hours of Fb receipt, whether you do or don’t receive a scholarship.) Please fill out the form below. FINE PRINT:

Scholarship coupon recipients must lock in registration with Glen Eyrie within 5 days of notification of award. If not registered by that time, your scholarship will offered to the next person in line.
This scholarship does not include travel and lodging. To save money on lodging, you may be able to pair up with another attendee. Lodging does not have to be paid at time of registration, but reservation must be secured with a credit card. Rooms are available as low as $75 (plus tax) per night, or $37.50 (plus tax)/person/night if shared. If interested in pairing up please check the appropriate box above.
Scholarship does not include Art Journaling workshop, which you must sign up for and pay an add’l $15 for supplies through Karen Amos (only 30 slots available, first-come, first-served). Check the appropriate box above.
