Welcome to our Eat Well, Live Well resource library! This section was born out of the many questions posed to our panel of nutritionists, as well as to Fb founder Constance Rhodes during speaking engagements. 

 

Our goal is to help redirect your eating and living onto a path of good health, so you can be at the optimal weight for your body type without compromising your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well being.

 

Information provided is based on current research and expert recommendations. It is intended to be general guidelines and goals for which to strive--not to be followed to perfection. 

 

The truth is, no one has all the answers, and the field of nutrition is constantly unfolding and updating. We'll continue to add new information and try to keep current.
